Take Shape for Life by Karla

I decided to put the fork down 1/1/2012. I started the take shape for life program with a goal of losing 20 lbs. I lost 9 lbs in the first 2 weeks, so I upped my goal to 25 lbs. We also had the “biggest loser” contest at work during the months of January – March, which gave me some extra incentive. I lost the 25 lbs by the end of the contest, which I won, but I kept losing with very little effort. I have now lost 35 lbs and fit into a size “4”. That’s a size FOUR people!!! I never in my wildest dreams thought it could happen. Now to maintain and keep the fork where it belongs!
