Lifestyle Change
It was around a year ago i started to realize that I didnt really feel like a healthy 24 year old. I was fat, out of shape, and had a terrible diet with a non existant work out regime. I decided it was time to make a serious change. I started doing my research and i decided to adapt as much as possible a plant based diet and I was doing alot of juicing (the movie fat, sick and nearly dead inspired me on that one) I noticed almost immedietely a change in my body when I stopped fueling it with garbage and was blown away. I truely realized that ”you are what you eat” is true no matter how many times I had heard it before. I than took up exercising as much as i could, mostly running. I’ts been just over a year now since I started my journey and I am down 71 lbs. I try and maintain a very clean diet and exercise daily. I have recently taken up bike riding and its my become my favorite way to exercise so far. I’m still making progress on my journey and ! I know The end result is coming. If I can do it, so can you, never give up. just make it happen. It will be the best choice you have ever made and your future self will thank you for it.
