The day after Easter is always a tough one. You typically have all the leftover food stuffed in your fridge, which I did. Trust me, I wanted to rummage through the fridge and run a train yesterday but rest assured I stayed on the straight and narrow. Those little chocolate Easter eggs were tempting too. Instead I indulged myself with a piece of beef jerky.  I feel pretty good about where I am in my 21 day diet considering the holiday. Down 5.5 pounds! 

Monday:

Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs, 3 pieces of sausage, 1 cup of coffee black , 1 cup of apple juice

Lunch:   Lettuce wrapped hamburger, tomato, onion, ketchup

Large unsweetened ice tea

Dinner: Teriyaki chicken and rice bowl

Snack: Beef jerky, Evan Williams and Coke Zero

Workout:

50 push ups

50 sit ups

100 power jacks

100 lunches

Starting weight: 252 pounds

Current weight: 246.5 pounds

Goal weight: 240 pounds

remaining: 6.5 pounds
