Hey guys, I am back after a long weekend of Easter fun. Hope you guys had a great time, and didn’t go way overboard with all of the Easter goodies. I have now lost 4.5 pounds in one week. I am feeling good, and have had more energy than usual. Now that I am through the holiday I am ready to push through this week pretty hard! Heading out on a run now, I will see you guys tomorrow!
Breakfast: 4 egg omelette with ham, cheese, and tomatoes
Lunch: Chef salad. Ham turkey, tomatoe, onion, bacon, ranch
Dinner: baked ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots
Snack: red wine, 2 Reese’s cups, 1 fun sized pack of skittles
