Well Day 5 is here. I am almost 1/4 of the way in, and i am still sitting at 249 pounds. I felt good today, and stuck to my plan for the most part, my workout was cut short today. As if chasing a 2 year old around isn’t a work out in itself! Planning on a big workout tonight, so we will see if i can keep the ball rolling here!
Food:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
4 pieces of bacon
1 cup of coffee black
Snack:
Lunch: lettuce wrapped hamburger
1 Coke Zero
Snack: beef jerkey
Dinner: Steak Salad from a local resturant with a side of ranch
Snack: 1 cup of strawberries
Workout:
Run: 0
Pushups: 50
crunches: 100
Starting weight: 252 pounds
Current weight: 249 pounds
Goal weight: 240 pounds
remaining: 9 pounds
