Well, day one is in the books! I stuck to my plan and lost 1 pound. Great start but i know the harder days are on the way. My main goal for today is to expand on my basic workout from yesterday. Thanks for all of the support so far! and i will see you guys tomorrow.


Food:

Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs
2 pieces of bacon
1 glass of organic Orange juice

Snack: 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 grande iced coffee with sugar free caramel

Lunch: large Chef Salad. (lettuce, ham, tomatoes, Annie’s organic ranch)
1 glass of unsweetened Iced tea

Snack: 1 serving of Skinny pop popcorn. (not Paleo i know)

Dinner: 1 Lettuce wrapped Hamburger. (grass fed beef from my family farm, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup)


Workout:

Run: 1 mile (7 min 30 seconds)
Pushups: 50
crunches: 100

Starting weight: 252 pounds

Current weight: 251 pounds

Goal weight: 240 pounds

remaining: 12 pounds
