Had a major case of the Monday’s yesterday. It ended up being a rather stressful day that ended with a birthday party…but I stuck to my guns and ended up losing 1 more pound. So close.

Breakfast: 4 egg omelette with ham, cheese, and tomatoes, Black coffee

Lunch: 1 Chef salad with ham, tomato, and ranch.

Dinner: 1 Hamburger with tomatoe and ketchup, no bun
