Being that I am now over halfway into my 21 Day Diet, I was surprised to see that I was 1 pound down when I stepped on the scale this morning. Typically I stall out with weight loss my second week in, just like most people. I wasn’t able to get a full run in but I did run from a skunk that poked it’s furry black and white tail out from underneath a car that was parked near my house. I won’t count that in though.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 1 cup of coffee black

Lunch: lettuce wrapped hamburger, 1 Coke Zero

Snack: beef jerkey

Dinner: 12 oz ribeye steak, brocoli

Snack: 1 cup of strawberries

Current weight: 243.5 pounds

Goal weight: 240 pounds

remaining: 3.5 pounds
