Woke up today and was pleasantly surprised. 2 pounds down, and inching closer to my goal. Here is how my day went:

Breakfast: 3 hard boiled eggs, Black coffee

Lunch: Chef salad (ham, turkey, tomatoe, egg, onion), Iced tea

Dinner: Lettuce wrapped hamburger

Snack: Smart pop popcorn, Almonds, 2 whiskey + Coke Zero’s

Workout:

1 mile run

50 push ups

50 sit ups

100 power jacks

100 lunges

Starting weight: 252 pounds

Current weight: 244.5 pounds

Goal weight: 240 pounds

remaining: 4.5 pounds
