Last night was “date night” for the wife and I, and she chose the casino! It was a great time. Of course casino = winning…and winning = a buffet. You can see below my plate of mostly healthy options. I was somewhat happy with my discipline and left a lot of what you see on the plate. 

Of course the scale didn’t move for me today…but I am hoping to pick up the slack tomorrow! 

Monday:

Breakfast: 4 egg omelette, tomatoes, onions, olives , Apple juice

Dinner:

Snack: Beef jerky, Almonds, Carrots, Iced tea, 3 jack and cokes

Workout:

50 push ups

50 sit ups

100 power jacks

100 lunches

Starting weight: 252 pounds

Current weight: 246.5 pounds

Goal weight: 240 pounds

remaining: 6.5 pounds
