Hey Guys! Kody here from I Put The Fork Down. It has been a while, but I am back and motivated to get ready for summer. I am starting my new 21 day Paleo inspired diet TODAY, and I will be posting the progress live to our site. I will be posting updates daily. I will be sharing everything that i eat, and every workout that i complete along the way. I feel like it will be a great way to keep me motivated, but also to share my experience with you guys. If you have any questions, comments, or flat out concerns for me feel free to use the comment section below or any of our social media outlets to let me know! …Again, i know that 21 days of dieting isn’t the solution…But it IS a start. A jumpstart to get myself back to the place i want to be.

OK. A little bit about my diet. For the next three weeks I will be following the Paleo Diet plan. Paleo has become very popular over the last few years, and has been very effective for me in the past. My hope is that this diet, paired with a simple work out plan, I will be able to lose 12 pounds in just 3 weeks.
