From the Heart of a Little Boy by Amy

At the end of February 2013 I had my second son, Elijah. Shortly after he was born, my husband and I found out that he had a congenital heart defect called Tetrology of Fallot. He had to have open heart surgery at 4 months old. At the time I was 250 pounds and miserable. I knew that if I expected Elijah to live I needed to start living. My nutrition was awful and I could barely walk up the stairs without getting breathless. I started TurboFire four weeks postpartum and shortly after Elijah’s surgery in June I finished the program and lost 30 pounds. In total I have lost over 70 pounds and am hooked on fitness. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. It’s all because a tiny little baby pushed me to do something I should have done long ago!
