I didn’t find fitness until my mid 30s, spending my 20s as a smoker and generally unhealthy. I lost 30 lbs before my wedding but gained it back + with 2 pregnancies. After the birth of my Daughter i made it a point to have no more excuses. 50-ish lbs later and I’m approaching 40 in the best shape of my life. Ive also taken that passion and turned it into a career as a personal trainer. I want to be proof that its never too late to start on a healthy Journey!
