I was in the Army for 4 1/2 years and was pretty fit. I gained a lot of weight while I was out and was up and down between 205lbs and 220lbs! I enlisted into the Air Force and continued to struggle with my weight, barely meeting the physical standards. I worked out all the time with no results other than strength. I joined The Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge and realized that nutrition is everything! I lost 50lbs over a six months and added muscle, going from 216lbs to 166lbs! I’m in the best shape of my life, soon to be 33 years old!
