I had twins a little over 4 months ago and was determined to get myself back into shape! I gained nearly 60 pounds while pregnant and tipped the scales around 180!! It was no easy task losing all the baby weight but i’m so happy to say I finally did it! I hired a personal trainer who gave me a very detailed diet along with daily workouts that I’ve posted on my blog for anyone who is interested in reading how I did it! :)
